We just completed our inspection with Sheldon and could not be happier with his thoroughness. Starting from the beginning of the booking process everything was seamless. Confirmation email, reminders etc.
Our inspection took approximately 2 hours to complete, we met him afterwards to do a walk through of concerns. Top to bottom throughout the house inside and out, absolutely nothing was missed. We received our report via email at the end of our walk through so that we can provide proof when we go to our sellers with concerns. We were also provided photos of nearly every area of the house, thermal imaging, drone footage, everything you could want, Sheldon provides!
